Haiti's Paparazzi Beg Haitian Celebrities For Juicy Scandals

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti - Citing a total lack of titillating scandals, the Paparazzi Association of Haiti (APH) made an impassioned, nationally televised plea begging all Haitian celebrities to engage in some sort of scandalous event in the coming year.

"We gather today to launch an appeal to all our Haitian stars at home and abroad," said spokesperson Gerald Belneau surrounded by a number of his colleagues. "We plead with you to not deprive us and your fellow citizens of countless tantalizing and entertaining scandals."

Belneau said that the association has grown increasingly frustrated in recent months by the staggering shortage of high-profile Haitian scandals while American celebrities continue to provide plenty of sensational fodder to U.S. tabloids.
